Mohamed Awadalla Chief Executive Officer | An international hotelier with over three decades of experience, Mohamed Awadalla has worked with some of the leading global hospitality companies including Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Hilton International and Rotana Hotels. Awadalla began his career with the well-known Swiss hotel group, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Luxor, Egypt. Later he joined Hilton International in Luxor and was subsequently tasked with running the travel trade division out of the Area Sales Office in Cairo, with the responsibility of 12 properties. In 1996, Awadalla relocated to the UAE, and returned to operations, joining the Hilton Corniche Residence team in Abu Dhabi as Rooms Division Manager where later on he was appointed for the role of Director of Business Development for the Al Ain Hilton Hotel. Following his successful tenure with Hilton International, he joined Al Maha Rotana Hotel, Abu Dhabi, as General Manager in 2004. His reputation for operational excellence then saw him take on the role as opening General Manager for the new five-star Al Manshar Rotana in Kuwait City, where he quickly established brand presence, setting new standards of hospitality within the local market. In 2007, Awadalla joined the UAE Private Investment Company to develop their Hospitality Division and in 2012 TIME Hotels was established and he took up the role of the CEO. Being one of the co-founder, he responsible for the overall success of the company and a remit to spearhead the future development and drive the commercial success and the effectiveness of TIME Hotels’ strategy as Middle East success story. | |
William Costley Chief Operating Officer | William has an impressive forty-one years of experience in the hospitality industry, during which he has honed his expertise in management and the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with our established best practices. His extensive knowledge and dedication will be instrumental as he takes on the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of all properties and the company in general, working tirelessly to ensure our short and long-term success.

Soumitra Saha Chief Financial Officer | Soumitra, is a Chartered Accountant, with 35 + years of experience in hospitality and the food processing industry. He has opened and worked in multiple hotels at multiple locations, as finance head of the business, and has worked with some exceptional talents, across countries. A commercially focused and seasoned professional, who worked with Indian and Global brands – Oberoi, HJ Heinz, Leela Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt and Movenpick, in India and outside, Soumitra has consistently delivered “financial results” that meet or surpass exceptions, while remaining focused on “best practices”. Soumitra has the ability to think outside the box with a mission to get the best result for the business and to sweat the asset to maximize returns. Therefore, peak revenues and operating profits always partnered unblemished audit and statutory reports. From the time he began his professional journey he believed in the 4C’s of business – Customer, Compliance, Cost and Cash, in that order! Gaetan Lavoie Vice President of Technical Services | Gaetan Lavoie, began his career with the Novotel Hotels in Canada in 1991 and, over the next nine years oversaw the opening and renovation of properties across North America. In 2002, he took responsibility for the new property Renaissance Hotel in Montreal, overseeing the property’s eventual sale four years later. In 2007, he joined the SNC Lavalin as Facility Manager, overseeing 97 locations, and in 2014 he joined TIME Hotels as Corporate Director of Technical Services. | |
Eddie Ignatius Vice President of Innovation & Quality Excellence | With over two decades of experience in hospitality management across Asia and the Middle East, Eddie has worked with various international hotel brands, gaining expertise in Human Resources, Training & Development, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Commercial & Revenue Management. Holding a background in Commerce and Marketing, he pursued a degree in Hospitality Management and is currently completing his Executive MBA in International Business Administration. As Vice President of People, Culture & Quality Excellence at TIME Hotels, Eddie leads strategic HR initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving talent development. His leadership focuses on empowering teams, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s mission and values. Ahmed Al Mulla Vice President of Government Affairs | A UAE National, Ahmed Al Mulla, who was born and raised in Umm Al Quwain, has been with TIME Hotels since 2012. With over 20 years in the security industry, Al Mulla gained a wealth of international experience working for the Dubai Airport and different Government facilities. As the Groups’ Corporate Director of Security, Al Mulla, is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the overall company process for security strategy. He builds and maintains key relationships with the Government and private sectors to ensure TIME remains aligned with State standards as it expands internationally. He is a key player in supporting TIME’s vision, operations and the protection of its stakeholders, assets and interests. | |

Fares Satli Director of Business Development- MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA | Fares Satli brings over two decades of diverse industry experience, starting his career in banking where he built a solid foundation in retail, investment, and private banking with leading institutions such as Standard Chartered, Barclays, HSBC, and Citibank. In 2014, Fares transitioned to the hotel industry, focusing on business development and taking on senior roles with renowned international and local companies like BlueBay Hotels and Resorts, Ishraq Hospitality, and Valor Hospitality Partners.
